Join DC Shorts for a party at one of DC’s hottest art spaces, the Dupont Underground. This former trolley station turned art space will be the backdrop of DC Short’s Grand Bash! If the art doesn’t move you…the music will…and while you there…check out some VR from Sunnyside VR.

The 2017 DC Shorts Film Festival showcases one of the largest collection of short films in the USA. Out of over 1,500 entries from around the globe, the festival programmers have selected 170+ unique films in 17 showcases that reflect the 31 nations they represent — and bring a world view to Washington, DC.

Enjoy the festival in person in Washington, DC — or sit back and many of the selections in the comfort of your home, office — or on the go! But hurry — online access is only available during the festival, and will be turned off at midnight, September 17th.

DC Shorts is not just about viewing short films but also bringing filmmakers to together to learn how to make great short films. DC Shorts provides seminars during the festival for filmmakers of all levels. Space is limited and seating priority will be given to all access passholders and filmmakers. Tickets are required. Tickets are $5 unless otherwise noted and come with a $5 off coupon that can be applied to any purchase and can only be used at the box office.
