Sips celebrates the contribution that Washingtonians — both young and old, professional and student — make to feeding and supporting the city’s neediest. Chefs, artisans, mixologists gather for this lively cocktail reception and offer their signature dishes and craft cocktails.

This festive night will include event founders and hosts Joan Nathan and Alice Waters and speakers from Martha’s Table and DC Central Kitchen. Join your community in changing lives and find sustainable solutions to poverty.

Tickets to Sips & Suppers are non-refundable as event proceeds support the vital work of DC Central Kitchen and Martha’s Table. $100 of each Sips ticket is tax deductible.

From barbecue, bratwurst, and bakery sweets to charcuterie, cheese, and craft cocktails, come and sample signature flavors from DC’s rising stars and long-time favorite spots. Located in the Newseum and featuring a collection of Made in DC artisans, Sips brings together the chefs, craftsman, mixologists, spirits, and winemakers that are building the DMV into the food capital. Gather with fellow foodies to not only see what’s creating the latest culinary buzz but also to support the important work of DC Central Kitchen and Martha’s Table.
