Submitting Material
You are welcome to submit material to the SFP listserve. Any material that you submit, whether electronically or otherwise, including but not limited to data, questions, comments, suggestions, graphics, or content for the newsletter, will be considered to be non-confidential and non-proprietary. By submitting material to SFP you agree that:

  • You are representing and warranting to SFP that none of the material is subject to any third party proprietary rights, including any third party copyright, trade secret or other proprietary right.

  • You are forever waiving the right to, and will never directly or indirectly assert against SFP any copyrights, "moral" right or other rights that you may have in the material.

  • You have the right to, and you are granting SFP a royalty-free, non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual, license to reproduce, transmit, disclose, broadcast, post, publish, distribute or display, sublicense, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, incorporate into other works, and otherwise use the material, in whole or in part, in any form, media or technology for any lawful purpose.

  • SFP is in no way obligated to post or publish any material that you submit, nor is SFP responsible for the accuracy of the materials, any errors in the transmission of the materials, or any errors in the materials.

  • You will not in any way provide any content or material that is unlawful, harassing, libelous, obscene, hateful or objectionable, offensive to minor, or in any manner disrupts or interferes or limits the functioning of the SFP site.

    Indemnification
    YOU AGREE TO HOLD SFP, ITS MANAGERS AND EMPLOYEES FULLY HARMLESS FROM AND AGAINST ANY COSTS OR DAMAGES WHICH ARE INCURRED AS A RESULT OF YOUR VIOLATION OF ANY LAW OR THIRD PARTY RIGHT IN EITHER PROVIDING CONTENT OR MATERIAL TO THE LISTSERVE OR ACCESSING OR USING THE SFP SITE AND LISTSERVE.
