charity?
Michelle Two people in my life are affected by this disease. They both are stoic, never complaining. Yet when it gets too hot outside, they are in visible pain. I'd like to contribute to help each live an easier and better life.
SFP Editor: How are you preparing for the MS Ride?
Michelle:
I rode last weekend and this weekend outside -- 32 and 20 miles respectively. I also have been running at least 7-10 miles a week. I will continue to do so until the MS Ride.

Both teams welcome new members!
SFP Editor: What is the most challening aspect of training for a ride?
Michelle: Hills. Practice hills in preparation for the ride. Learn how to gear down when approaching them. Learn how to mentally prepare when you can't see over the top.
SFP Editor: What about the MS ride has inspired you to
participate on an on-going basis?
Michelle:
I think its hard to ride 50 miles. That is nothing compared to the difficulty that people with MS and cancer face on a daily basis. Its the least that I can do to
